U10's are the last age group that play non-competitive football in grassroots football. This is an age group, generally, where we look to build on foundation level topics and introduce more complex learning as U10's have been playing 7v7. This format is a great way to introduce formations and in-depth details about the roles of specific positions.

Ball mastery, control, receiving, passing, shooting, dribbling, attacking, defending, transitions, positional play.
Boys
Our U10's Boys are part of the affiliated grassroots team created for the 2023/2024 season. As U10's are in their last season before competitive football, this season is a chance to enjoy playing as well as learning as much as they can before the start of next season.
Girls
Our U10's Girls are an advanced session with enough players to form two academy teams (Team Phoenix & Team Belles). Both squads are very talented sides that create problems for any side they come across. Every player in these squads are currently playing for a top team in their grassroots league and the majority of them play with each other at their grassroots team which aids the team chemistry for both Phoenix and Belles.
